Dunkin' - Denver

Went to dunkin' ordered my food and they screwed it, but the young lady anna (with the dreads) was extremely rude and unprofessional. she refused to fix it together with the question why I did not immediately review my order and ask that it be fixed. I'm pretty sure that's not my responsibility, because I ordered it first. very frustrated and will never return.

Waited by cash register to order. I can here the two employees chit chatting in the back, one of them comes to the front and sees me and yet she turned around went to the back again. The only one they were serving we cars that came way after me. So I went to Starbucks

I'd love to give this place a better rating, but apparently whoever was working in the early afternoon on Friday couldn't be bothered to be at work to, you know, do their job? If you want to commit petty theft, I guess go to this Dunkin for some free donuts. It's not like there will be anyone there to stop you, apparently.Note: Don't commit petty theft at this location. I'd rather not be liable

Coffee isn 't that good, and there are better places to get donuts. Also, I dealt with a rude worker at the drive thru speaker and was upset when leaving. I was trying to order the rest of what I wanted, and she cut me off and said see you at the window to which I responded oh can I get the egg bites too? And she said in a rude tone I thought you just wanted the macchiato when she gave me absolutely no time to order my food as well. The energy is off here and they 're much friendlier at Starbucks honestly. Or just go to stellas, which is local!

Ugh I went out of my way for special doughnuts for the kids and they closed early. Stay open 15 min later til you close bc that’s what people count on.
