It was understated. the kitchen is closed for two hours so they can catch up. the food didn't taste good. I had made a reservation for a bigger group and was told that it was open sitting places when I arrived so that we stood and waited to sit for 30 minutes.

We had a funny time and our waitress was great and attentive, except that eating took longer than expected to get and most of it was cold. the drinks were good and there was a football match on request there was a little more music time, but understandable because of the game.

We had good food and service. A little disappointed that we had noted it was our son's birthday and there was no acknowledgement. With a reminder they brought out a brownie.

Eating here is excellent, but the service is extremely sub par. I have reserved 6 of us and they sat on a small table that sat comfortably 4. the waitress forgot the dinge and my friends ordered coffee for brunch and their tassen were half full. we had to ask for everything twice. then our waitress seemed to have forgotten of us because she did not come back after she dropped our food for at least 45 minutes. we went on a Sunday and it was not very busy, but it seemed that it was only a lack of personal.

Therks are ashamed. I wish I could write a review about eating and actually eating, but unfortunately we don't even have it that far. an evening reservation for a special occasion over a month in advance. Called twice to confirm the reservation. no one answered and no one called me back. I have an email a few days before the reservation date and please confirm again what I have confirmed. when we arrived there, we were told that we should go for a private event and that they would not appreciate reservations. they allowed people to make reservations that they could not honor them, and then after confirmation or at least try to confirm my reservation with them, they told us to beat sand. Moreover, the “manager” was very rude and began to be orally heated when we asked why they did not let us know that we did not dinate, despite confirmation of our reservation. rude, irresponsible and unprofessional.
