Del Frisco's Grille - Denver

The food at this restaurant was amazing, but the service was lacking. The filet mignonette was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The truffle butter was a must-have, adding so much flavor to each bite. The mashed potatoes were nothing special, just your typical round potatoes. The Brussels sprouts were delicious but a bit undercooked and too crispy. The drinks were good, and the Rosé had a fun little pop to it. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. Our waitress seemed flustered and forgetful, leaving empty glasses on our table and disappearing for long periods of time. I had to ask another staff member for a drink refill and remind our waitress about my allergy when she forgot an ingredient in one of the sides. Overall, I expected better service from a restaurant of this caliber.

What a fantastic restaurant! I brought my wife and a friend for a lovely date night here. The steaks and starters were excellent, and my steak was cooked to perfection. The desserts and drinks were also delicious, and the price was reasonable. The service was top-notch, our server was attentive and professional. My only complaint is that they should have more available seats for walk-ins, as I had to wait a few hours without a reservation. Lesson learned - always make a reservation ahead of time! Overall, a great dining experience with just one small suggestion for improvement.

This restaurant is definitely one of the top three steakhouses in Denver. I visited on a Friday night and sat at the bar with my lovely wife, where we shared a perfect New York Strip steak. The staff was always welcoming and we had good conversations. The food is consistently excellent every time we visit.

The dishes are top-notch and the atmosphere is lively. The service is excellent. I have visited this restaurant multiple times for happy hour and dinner, and it never disappoints. The cheesesteak egg rolls, cheese curds, and other items we ordered were all delicious. Shelby, our bartender, was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose our drinks. There is off-street meter parking available or a reasonably priced parking garage below. Overall, a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal or grab a quick bite and drink.
