Having dined here four times now, I can confidently say that each visit has been a unique experience. Despite a recent visit where the service was lacking due to being understaffed, the food remained consistently excellent, just as it had been on previous occasions. The best part is that the prices are just right, making the entire experience well worth the wait. Be prepared to arrive early and expect to put your name down, as there might be an hour or so wait, but trust me, it's worth it. I'm definitely going back for more. For a party of two, including food and alcohol, you can expect to spend anywhere between $70 to $150.In summary, it's a fantastic spot to enjoy quality food, wonderful ambiance, and the company of good friends or a special someone. Despite occasional wait times, the experience is consistently top-notch, making it a place worth revisiting.
Cute place but definitely overpriced.Came in with my partner for her birthday. I don't eat hot pot so I was just planning on getting sushi. The roll options are relatively limited but that wasn't the issue. Our server only allowed for us to order one roll even though there were 2 of us and I said I only wanted sushi no hot pot.Fine, I can just order one at a time cause my partner didn't want a whole lot of sushi and there was a belt of options to pick from. Except all the sushi (other than nigiri) on the belt had cucumber. I'm allergic to cucumber so I couldn't take those and the roll I ordered had to be sent back cause it had cucumber in it even though the menu didn't state it. When I mentioned it the server was like oh yeah our menu is wrong some times. At the end of it I only ate 1.5 rolls, some gyoza and 8 pieces of nigiri. Our tab came out to just shy of 100$ for 2 people. And u wasn't even full.Overall it's a cute place though and my partner had a good time, which was the most important thing c: I liked the little train that brings you your sushi. Just go there expecting to get full off of hot pot and I think it would be a good time.
Great place for dinner with a small group of friends! We had the all you can eat dinner. Only downside was the sushi options dwindled on the conveyor as we were there close to closing, so recommended going earlier in the day.Food: 5/5
Finally tried chubby cattle in Demver....I have been to the one in Las Vegas.....This one is cool....the AYCE is cool....28.99 for lunch.....gets you hotpot and sushi. The stuff for the hot pot is a bit awkward to get in the refrigerators....if it was busy I could see it getting pretty congested at that point. When sitting at the sushi bar instead of a table it's nice that there is the conveyer belt you can grab from.....Food was really top quality! My only issue was our server....not sure if he was busy, or just not nice but he was pretty rude, very harsh speaking....definitely not good with hospitality.Vegetarian options: Plenty, easiest for hot pot....but I am sure there was vegetarian sushi as well.
Chloe is the greatest server I’ve had in Denver. They’re so great here, the food is amazing. No lack of options for sushi or hot pot! Sushi is always fresh, the meat is thinly sliced and fresh. All of the self serve options are always in great shape! Having been multiple times in the past year, this is the best restaurant I’ve been to!
