Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denver

I visited Chipotle on National Burrito Day to take advantage of their promotion of a free side or queso. I attempted to order guacamole, which is considered a side, but the cashier informed me that she couldn't input that into the register. I ended up with queso instead, which was disappointing as I am lactose intolerant and had wanted the guacamole instead. However, the service was fast and the food was tasty.

It's not often that I walk into a fast food restaurant with high expectations, but this place exceeded them all. I was not only impressed as a returning customer, but also amazed by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Alohra (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She took my order with such care and attention, treating me as if I were family. She truly is an artist, creating delicious chicken nacho bowls as if they were her masterpiece. Lewis also took the time to chat with me and seemed genuinely interested in how my day was going. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Jason stepped in to ensure that my order was perfect. I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant and its staff. Keep up the great work, it doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

I ordered online and received the smallest burrito I've ever seen from Chipotle, with an excessive amount of extra tortilla. I do not plan on returning to this place.
