Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denver

I love chipotle! it's probably my favorite breakfast restaurant. this chipotle has the smallest portions of food. I always have to ask for chickens or be bored. this is the only chipotle I have ever been there where I do not ask for extra, I will still have hunger. please make her parts as all others.

This place is so concerned that they were fast during the midday period that they sacrificed the customer service. plop some **** and press them on the next item. timing was based on the register, but the server doesn't understand. you have to tell them that you only have to iron everything, regardless of that they are 15 deep from the registration that you are getting cold, since nobody could move. never again.

I had only the most terrible experience at this place. albert the coworker in register has verbally attacked the ones we wanted to pick up our orders and badly spoke on door dash pickups. I think if this location does not appreciate its customers whether walkin or delivery service, we should think twice about the order here. by the way, I ordered in the app and was not a delivery service, not that should be important. unless they want to be orally attacked and literally be physically attacked, I suggest they stay away. Get on chipotle. they used to be miles up in customer service.

I've never been so incapable of fulfilling online orders as this place in a chipotle. it is unfortunately too close to validating to another location, but the last 4 mobile orders have been grounded. everything from wrong toppings to missing items. the last time I went back to get a missing product and there wasn't even a simple sorry I said. management must find out how to run this location. I love chipotle so it hurts to write this review.

The lady at the register and the new dude are cool but the older lady with the ponytail has a bad attitude and barely puts any food in the bowl. I definitely prefer the one on 16th California or the one on Broadway.
