Carrabba's Italian Grill - Denver

We love this one. crispy, slightly baked, thin zucchini frits are delicious in their creamy diving sauce.

Ordered side salad, mozzarella appetizer and fettuccine Alfredo. Appetizer was great, pasta was okay, kinda bland. Drinks were on point. Best part about this place was our server Kristen. She had our back when the creepy cooks wouldn't stop staring at me and my girlfriend. She made our experience go from ok to awesome with her excellent hospitality. Would come back for Kristen but not the catty hostess or creepy cooks.

Service: sucked We came in with a party of 7 and have called ahead to make reservations at 5pm. We arrived at 4:50pm and checked in. Our table was not ready so we did not mind waiting. Once we were sat, all of our drink orders were taken except for 1. We didn 't think much of it and they were ok with water. The waiter brought out bread and olive oil and we asked if he could also bring out balsamic vinaigrette he said yes but it was never brought out. We let it go and didn 't think much of it. Once our food orders were taken and brought out everything was good but our waiter hardly came by to ask if we needed drink refills or anything. The restaurant was not that busy either. When he did come by he asked will this be on one bill? And we replied no that we were still working on our food and would most likely be ordering more drinks. He wasn 't very happy about that and left. Once again, he never came back to ask what else we would like so we decided to leave. It was very unfortunate because the food was excellent, and the sangria was delicious. His attitude made our time there a bit sour and took away from our experience. Food: Amazing! The Rigatoni Martino was delicious! I ordered mine with sausage and could seriously eat it forever. So comforting and cheesy. The Caesar salad was excellent, probably one of the best Caesar salads I 've ever had and the black berry sangria was to die for. We ordered a pitcher and it was enough for 7 people. I would definitely go back and just hope for better service.

Excellent service from Javier. He had a pleasant demeanor and made my lunch very enjoyable. I even talked to the manager about the great service from him. Also, the food was very good. I got the chicken Alfredo pasta. I love this place!

My husband and I met my parents for Easter lunch and we were all blown away! We’ve been to Carrabba’s many times over the last 15+ years, but I’ve always felt a little “meh”. I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but my Dad was craving Carrabba’s and so we went. The food was fresh, hot, and super delicious. However, the service was absolutely, positively exceptional! Javier was our server and he felt like family by the time our meal was over. He went above and beyond our every desire and was humorous, helpful, and so enjoyable. Our glasses were always full and our empty plates were cleared within seconds. I used to work in the hospitality industry and I’m used to fine dining — Javier belongs in the finest of restaurants. Today was truly a treat! Thank you Javier!!
