Przekaż informację zwrotnąEvery time we try to give this place a chance, there is more disappointment every time. so much is wrong with our visit today!1. we were told that the waiting time approx. 20 minutes for the bar and the side. that was good, my man and I tried to do our wait for the cash, but they said we couldn't sit there because there was a waiting time. I've never been to a restaurant where the bar had no open seats. then we call and said we can sit at any open table in the bar area. I don't know why we had to wait when we sat on the pitches. but it was picky and choose how the woman was not told before us, she needed to wait and sat free in the bar area.2 the wings were tasty, but our order was wrong. we didn't get the wings we had ordered, and our appetizer never came out. we asked for it a few times, and finally we said, forget how we were done. the server tried to make it right and go to the app, but it was still the wrong order.3 we gave dirty stickers. I asked the server that brought our food out for new teller that she gave me a few new ones with the worst attitude! I asked if she could take the dirty away, and she just grabbed her and put her on the table next to us. And let her fly the paper wrap and leave on the floor and just leave. And why are 4 hosts waiting around while the floor is short? they need to learn how to cross the train and put their employees where it is needed. all hosts ignore their customers anyway. overall very bad service. I understand a personal shortage there, but this is not an excuse for bad customer service! I work in the food service industry and these children need to be taught customer service nowadays. never back.
I would like to share our experience on eating, but in the 40 minutes we sat and waited for sitting in a restaurant that might have been (and that is a big maybe) 25% full we never have at the point of ordering food. I understand that there is a personal shortage, but if the staff that there are to be sweating and hanging when 15 people are waiting for seats, is a little unacceptable. I could see a dozen empty tables from where we were. we finally set ourselves when the hostess just told us to choose a table. QR code wouldn't work, no one came by to ask us about eating. we love buffalo wild wings so were super excited to go here while through the city, but that could be the one who does not deserve the franchise name. terrible. drive on the road to famous Dave’s or hook and reel for a decent service and eat.
Waited 30 minutes to get a table when there were SO many tables open. Once finally seated, we watched almost a whole football game before a server asked us for a drink order. The whole point in coming today was to watch the game, eat and drink, and didn't get served till the game was almost over. Servers were seen just chillen behind the bar and the front counter doing nothing and talking to coworkers. Not coming back.
I placed an order for pick up, ordered 10 piece wings with fries. (Obviously I probably should’ve checked before I left that my order was right, but was in a hurry to get home) they gave me 5 wings and my fries were pretty cold. I called them, they put me on hold and I waited 5 mins, and just hung up because it wasn’t worth waiting longer than that.
The opening bartender, with glasses. Was so over the top rude, seemed super irritated with what?, who knows but took it out on all patrons. Drinks took forever, she threw everything down on our table aggressively (after trying to give our food to another table) the order she took was wrong but it took so long we told her to just leave it and with no remorse just smirked and walked off. Never asked if we needed anything else other than letting us know to pay online. Which we tried using for ten min before having to find someone to just pay by card. Another few min later we finally got my card back with more attitude. I 'm not a let me talk to the manager type but I really wish I had. This chick was one of the worst servers I 've ever had. Why she works in the industry is beyond me.
