I ordered a large company lunch from then specifying the number of meals I needed and they didn’t add the bosses’ order.My boss listened and heard me talking with them. With didn’t have enough meals which is a bummer spending $277 when the boss doesn’t get his meal and the staff couldn’t bother to even apologize!Look, if someone calls and says they are missing an order, it’s good customer service to at least apologize or offer something that sounds slightly remorseful.I wish I could say this place was worth the money but we are never doing a company meal here again.

Most of food is pretty good (it varies, definitely focus on chicken dishes and sandwiches. Sides are good too), but the prices are crazy and they increased them further. Fast casual food but prices are even higher than regular restaurants.Food: 3/5

Our go to place for tasty and incredible food. The caliber of it should not be underestimated by the cafe/open air fast food look of the place. These guys have it dialed in and know what the customers want. The staff including the chefs have a can do service attitude and you can tell that they love where they work! When you have people there for 5 plus years for a place open more then 6 tells it all. It shows in the food and the service. Keep it up you have a great product/service and food that we will keep coming back for!! Don’t miss the Bahn Mi which tastes just like what we had in Saigon on our food tour. The chicken was even better and the fat from the roasted chicken on the bread just added more umami! Their salads are even awesome. They don’t skimp even their yummy house made potato chips. Put it on your list of places to frequent.

I got take out for my kid who is a picky eater and they devoured their food! We ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and the kale salad which is a favorite in our house. We'd never been to Brider but had the kale salad before at Oak in Boulder. The food is amazing and we will definitely be back!
