Przekaż informację zwrotnąI tried this restaurant for the first time and I’ll likely return soon! My overall experience was wonderful; the location was clean and offered nice outdoor covered seating. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The only downside was that the food took a bit longer to arrive, especially considering there were only a few customers dining. However, it wasn’t a major issue. I definitely recommend it!
We made it to Blanco today and ended up eating one of their cheese crisps and had two different margaritas. The cheese crisp was very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere and staff were the highlights I feel they would benefit in reducing their prices $17-18 for a pair tacos is too expensive and I?d recommend $13-16. Honestly, I would have had the tacos too if they weren?t so expensive. The Mexican Martini was good but you need to do it right with a shaker andolives (I lived in Austin San Antonio for 13 years). Finally, they would benefit by improving their salsa it was like Pace Picante with some extra cilantro in 1 oz mini bowls. I wish them luck as a newer business and I hope theyappreciate the advice.
Everything tasted fresh and was enjoyable, but the flavor profiles weren't particularly exciting. I found the mahi and shrimp tacos to be a bit bland. However, the avocado taco stood out as my favorite. If you prefer your Mexican food without much spice, this is a suitable spot for you. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was excellent. I would return for a dependable meal, but not for an extraordinary culinary experience.
Highlights: The pork in the burritos was fantastic?juicy and flavorful! Cool vibes and ambiance. Free chips and salsa always a plus. Service was friendly. The free salsa wasn?t terribly interesting, more on the side of generic chunky American-style tomato salsa. I guess you get what you pay for. They do have a delicious chile de árbol salsa if you ask, and that was awesome if you like heat. The machaca was a touch on the dry side. Also, I would?ve loved to try theirtacos but I can?t justify paying $15-20 for two tacos. I can get a handful of authentic tacos from a taco stand on Federal for $10 bucks.
The decor is very reminiscent of Palm Springs, California. However, like many places in Denver, it’s clearly understaffed. The staff is bustling to keep up, and the manager frequently apologizes and thanks patrons for their patience. We waited 30 minutes for a table, even though we counted at least six open tables, a spacious patio, and communal bar seating that was unavailable to us while we stood awkwardly by—there were 18 available seats nearby. Don't bother asking for more salsa; it won't come. On the bright side, the prices are reasonable, and the food was delicious. We’ll likely give it another shot in 6 to 9 months when things are hopefully more organized.
