It made me question the cleanliness of the food preparation. Although we did eventually get our drinks, they also closed the lobby early, ignoring other customers who were waiting. This restaurant clearly needs better training for its staff. I am extremely disappointed and grossed out by the overall cleanliness and lack of basic customer service. Despite the owner's claims about addressing these issues in recent reviews, it seems nothing has improved. I will never return to this establishment after such a dreadful experience.
I visited the restaurant and the staff member who took my order was on the phone, which resulted in a longer wait for our drinks. When they finally arrived, they were flat. I would recommend going to a different place instead of this one.
They're NEVER open to accepting orders in person. Only online...
Customer service was appalling. I went through the drive thru. Ordered the 6 piece wings with BBQ and onion rings and a drink. The lady at the window took my card and ran it and asked me to pull forward to the front and they would bring out my food.Once the food was delivered and u was pulling away... I checked and they hadn 't sauced my wings so I drove back through to the window as I was looking for my receipt to make sure it wasn 't my fault. (No receipt)Posted out front was a sign no receipt, Free food. So I told the lady and she says here I 'll print you a receipt Not how this works?!?!Anyway, in the end she says that 's only valid if you drive away and call the restaurant... HmmmmmmmSo I drove away and called... turns out she is the Manager and General Manager WTHNever going back
Had a drive thru order and mistakes were made but rectified. I appreciate how graciously the person at the window handled it. The food however was cold and unsatisfying. The hot wings were soaked in grease... like a good half inch of oil in the bottom of the container of each hot wing order. Thank you for correcting the mistake but the food I feel has room for improvement.
