I see this trend in denver and don't like it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant during a week-long conference. The ingredients were fresh and vibrant, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. For lunch, the golden ointment with salmon was excellent. For dinner (at 9 PM on a weeknight when all other kitchens were closed), the soup truly stole the show. I hardly remember my main course because the soup was that good. Three cheers for the team and their kitchen!
We came to try “the best pancakes in Colorado”, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was true, a single folding jacket served super fluffy and crisp with buttermilk and vanilla, absolutely fantastic. we were disappointed when the espresso martinis were very bitter, but the server repaired it immediately. all meal times (scored French toast, lachs benedict, breakfast burrito and hasch) was good, but not spectacular, but the pancake was definitely the best.
Is there any chance they could provide regular tomato ketchup instead? There’s a reason why traditional condiments exist, right? If they want to create house-made sauces, they could at least offer a classic tomato ketchup or an interesting mayo. Skipping the beet ketchup or providing alternatives would be appreciated. The burger was frustrating, and I feel bad for the animal that had to sacrifice its life for this poor preparation. On the brighter side, I did have breakfast here too, and that was quite nice.
Staying at the hotel here and decided to try the breakfast here. We both had the omelet, and we both took one bite and had to literally spit it out. The egg on the inside of the omelet was still liquid, and coated all of the mushrooms and stuff inside. We didn't have time to send it back, so I just paid $18 for an omelet I couldn't eat. Then We ordered a side of bacon for $8 and got the picture below. It looked freeze dried or something. Pros The homemade English muffin with apple butter was delish, the fresh squeezed OJ was good too.
