I was there to pick up a door dash and even showed him on my dasher app the order I was there to pick up and he admitted their internet is slow but would not make it and told me to do something about it because their internet was not pulling up her order. They had no bread either only flat bread so my other customer canceled too.
I had a large order they both willing to help and be patient. Great customer service and fast!
I love subway. But the subway in Denver City needs to get their own phone. I have a back problem. So I order carry out but sometimes I need drive through or curb side. But when I call the people that answer are from stripes and they do not make it easy to talk to someone in subway. They won't even give a message. I have literally not ate subway so many times because of this. They really **** me off.
The lady was rude and didn't listen order us not exactly what we wanted. Very disappointed
Customer service needs improvement. Will drive to Seminole subway next time.
