Whataburger - Denton

Attention to detail should matter. Always a quality burger but when the young lady at the register gets the order right, the grill ticket is right and the wrong stuff is still in the bag it is frustrating. Then you wait for fresh onion rings while theburger gets cold. Not a first time error and at 7pm and no rush it should be accurate. Love the team there in Denton but get itright so we do not go elsewhere with so much right there. Your past history of good food should not be compromised by inaccurateorder filling

25 minutes in the drive thru. The manager said they only had 3 people working. Fries were soggy and old. There was 2 cars in front of me and still 25 minutes for a patty melt, lg sprite, 1 lg and 1 medium fry, a shake, and 2 brownies. I cook and can saythat the 25 minutes I had to wait was because the manager was super busy making drinks and taking money from all the people infront of me. I'll go ahead and swoop down to Ft Worth Dr or even a 1/4 mile down the road in the future! Worst Whataburger Ihave ever visited by far and after over a year from the last visit where I did not get quite a bit of my meal, I would havethought maybe they would have got it together but wow was I wrong! Staff your store and do more than just enough and y'all mightturn in to a good store with an excellent location.

I used curbside pickup for this restaurant. The app said my order would be ready within a 15-minute window. I waited and watched people come and go, but eventually went inside to check on my order. I was told it was not ready, with no explanation for why it was delayed for 15 minutes after the expected time. I returned to my car and waited a few more minutes before my order was finally brought out. Unfortunately, my French fries were only lukewarm at best. Overall, it was not the best experience.

I waited in the drive-thru for over an hour and a half. The restaurant wasn't busy inside, so that wasn't the reason for the long wait. The staff member, Toni, tried to make us feel sorry for her, but waiting that long is unacceptable. We will not be coming back to this location. I do not recommend it.

I have been dining at Whataburger for years and have never had a negative experience. Their breakfast options are the best I have had from a fast food restaurant, and their burger patties are always fresh, unlike most other fast food places.
