I placed an online order and Emily called me to ask if I wanted freshly baked cookies instead of cookies from the case, which may have been sitting there all day. I was floored that someone would even be willing to do that. I've never had that experience from a fast food establishment. She is truly a gem. Thank you so much!

It was decent, but they had no cold cut meat. I have a ham sandwich that was good, but it was still frustrating. the service was ok, but the restaurant itself is in a bizarre location with what could also be transparent walls of glass. why don't you get blind, especially if you think it's the summer? If you want to eat here, you could take it, and make sure that they have planned a backup meat if they were from what they originally wanted.

The food was cold, even tho asked himself warm up and the flesh was really chewing.

One worker had no hat on behind the counter. The artist that helped me could use some training. Attitude and customer service. Now, I see why this location is never busy when I pass by.
