Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis Sonic used to be great, but now it takes 30 minutes to receive cold, mediocre food. I kept hoping for a better experience, but it's become a waste of both time and money. This place has really declined, much like every other fast food spot in Denton.
I never thought a Sonic could be so disappointing, especially when I was just craving a shake instead of soup. If you're looking to have your order messed up, this is the place to go. They don't even ask if you want mustard or mayo on your food. I’m allergic to mayo and couldn’t eat my meal because of it. I chose not to go back for a replacement since it seemed like a waste of gas, and to make things worse, I tried calling five times but no one answered.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each time the food has been served cold and seems outdated. Hoping for a better experience, I ordered a breakfast burrito today, but the bacon was black and stale, and there was so much salt that I couldn't eat it. My husband also got a breakfast burrito and is now feeling unwell with severe stomach pain.
I got chickens from here and almost immediately was thrown up and had stomach cramps. No chicken!
I am posting here since Sonic doesn’t care to reach out regarding their poor customer service at this location.I am disappointed with the service I received. I placed a Sonic mobile order at 11:49am 9/07/22. I was that far from the sonic and arrived shortly and checked in on the app putting in stall 20. I saw my name popped up on the stall screen and proceeded to wait. All I ordered was a medium drink and a pretzel twist. It took about 20minutes before I received my order. I had to press the button and ask if my order was being made. It did not appear that busy at all due to not seeing very many cars in the stalls. They came out and handed me my food and I immediately checked it. There was no cheese dip in the bag for my pretzel so I called out saying there should have been some with it. She comes back out hands it to me and walks off. No apology or nothing. The cheese dip sauce she gave me was so cold I could barely dip my pretzel (not sure if that was on purpose or not). I was on my lunch break and they took a huge chunk of that time from me. I also noticed my receipt was reprinted so they either gave my meal to someone else or failed to even notice the order existed. Very disappointed and will more than likely not be visiting this location again due to the poor service and poor customer service.
