Red Lobster - Denton

Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive, followed by a 40-minute wait for our bread. After waiting over 50 minutes for our duck, we decided to leave. It was evident that the place was understaffed, and we got the impression that there might be only one chef in the kitchen. Despite our waiter repeatedly assuring us that our food was on the way—without us even asking—our wait stretched on for nearly an hour. It felt like he was just trying to keep us patient while we sat there. At the time, the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy. We genuinely enjoy Red Lobster, but we certainly aren’t willing to wait that long. It really spoiled our date night. Based on other reviews for this location, it seems many others have experienced similar issues, yet management appears surprised by the feedback. I can't help but wonder how much longer this location can stay open. For now, we'll be looking for other options to avoid further frustration. We won't be returning.

The restaurant always feels a bit dimly lit. On this occasion, we were also bothered by persistent gnats that just wouldn't leave us alone, even after we managed to swat a couple. The service was good, but I'd rate the ease of getting the crab meat out of the bowl at about a 7 out of 10. I should also mention that the price was quite steep—$38! Had I known beforehand, I probably wouldn't have ordered it.

My wife and I dine here at least once a month. Currently, the parking lot is under construction, which makes parking in front of the building a bit challenging. However, the building and surrounding area are consistently clean and well-kept. The interior is always spotless and inviting. The staff is committed to welcoming and serving you at all times. As for the food, it is consistently excellent and readily available. The value always exceeds the quality. We will definitely be back soon!

Delicious as always? Wouldn't have been disappointed in a few years. For a late lunch we had the place to ourselves Top Notch Service. We enjoyed the Ultimate Admiral's frock legs all around. Everyone was happy with a full stomach. I wish we had more time to finish our wonderful family party with the bomb chocolate cake. We're coming back!

Best Red Lobster! I feel like that the other stores don?t taste as good as this one in particular. I order take out often and they don?t make a mess in the bag. The order is always correct and I love coming here.
