I visited this fish and chip shop for the first time and I believe that reviews for fish and chips tend to be quite subjective; what one person rates a 5/5, another might rate a 1/5. The quality of the fish and chips was good, with skinless cod and haddock. There were more chips than most people could eat. Both the cod and squid could have benefited from a slightly crisper batter. They do accept card payments. I will definitely be returning!

This is the best meal I've had since leaving Yorkshire! The only downside is that it closes at 8:30.

The staff is very friendly. It seems that the restaurant has been taken over by the previous owners from a while back, but the quality remains the same and I sometimes think it’s even better.
