We arrived at around 15.00, it wasn't very busy, although some of the employees were very indifferent and slow. They took orders according to their heads and gave priority to the last one without noticing the queue and brought our food late. They didn't even say sorry for that. I don't recommend it at all. Actually, we had come to Halil Usta and we regretted it because it was closed. Kebab was nice. It didn't upset our stomach. Cold salad and lavash came with the meal. This place is absolutely amazing, from food to service. The lamb was so tender, and the bread was the perfect amount of chewiness. The owner, the boss and the staff took the extra effort to introduce us to the kitchen, showed us how best to enjoy the kebapaci and the spices. One of our best experiences in Turkey. Come here for traditional food and the best service!
