Mr Gatti's Pizza - Denham Springs

After paying, we headed to the buffet, which had an impressive variety of options. They continued to replenish the food while we were there, including the Supreme pizza that I had asked for. Everything was delicious, and my granddaughter, who is quite picky, absolutely loved the mac and cheese. Even though we arrived late, they didn’t rush us to leave and made sure we had finished eating before starting to put away the food. We will definitely return, with or without the grandkids! You really can't go wrong with Mr. Gatti's!

I attended a birthday party for one of my son's classmates. The party room is on the smaller side, but we still had a great time. The kids really enjoyed playing games in the arcade!

We placed a call-in order and arrived a few minutes early, so we had to wait a bit for our pizza. However, that just meant it would be fresh out of the oven when we got it. We ordered a Sampler and a Veggie Sampler. Both were delicious, but the Veggie Sampler is probably the best veggie pizza I've ever had. I'm not usually a fan of vegetables, but if I have to eat them, I might as well enjoy them on a pizza!

Had my son?s 6th birthday party last night. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. This was not my first birthday party to have there but was by far the WORST. To start with I received a phone call almost everyday to confirm the birthday party until the very dayof. Yesterday I received a phone call to confirm the birthday party and how many guests we would have. They wanted to know thisinformation because they had double booked birthday parties by mistake. They wanted to know which party was bigger so they knewwhich room to prepare for each of us. We get there and they had a smaller party in the bigger room and the bigger party in thesmaller room. Our room was prepared with paper plates and cups only. We were supposed to have party favor bags but they were outand did not inform us of this until we arrived. I could have brought my own. They also proceeded to take our pizza order inwhich I had placed over a week ago. Pizzas were not ready tokens for the kids were not ready drinks were not ready because theycould not find but one pitcher for drinks and we did not have enough room in our party room for all of our guests. Our sweetlittle hostess apologized over and over again however I am still very upset over this. I received a piece of paper from thehostess to give a review at the end of our visit. The hostess is the one responsible for coming to retrieve the review. Afterthe experience that I had of course I would not give a good review. The poor girl was very upset at what she had read on thepaper regarding our service for my son?s birthday party. I was approached then by another large gentleman who questioned me asto why I wrote what I wrote on the paper and made his host cry. This is very unprofessional and this place is run by childrenand I will not be back nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone in the future. Get it together Gatties.

Always a fantastic time when I go here! Staff are friendly, food is delicious and fresh, place is clean, and you can always look forward to playing some games in the arcade after you eat. A nostalgic favorite for me!
