El Paso Mexican Grill - Denham Springs

Before we left, my husband spoke to the host about what had happened. We requested the missing dish to go since it had been addressed multiple times and everyone else at our table had finished their meals. After some delay, we finally received it, but it was added to our bill as an extra item. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. The service has been poor during our last few visits, but this time it was absolutely dreadful. We noticed that other customers were also experiencing issues with their orders. The main reason we came this time was to see the band, but we won’t be returning to this location. We’ll catch the band at other venues instead.

I had a fantastic dinner on Sunday night. It was wonderful to see Sue, the general manager—such a lovely person! Lillian, the bartender, was also excellent, always checking in and ensuring everything was going smoothly. From the staff to the decor, the entire experience was remarkable. I give it two thumbs up!

El Paso is fantastic! My family and I visit almost twice a month. I highly recommend the chimichanga and the nachos, but the standout dish has to be the black beans. Just a heads-up: make sure to keep the beans to yourself. Once your wife discovers how good they are, you won't get any!

It was very nice atmosphere. Food came out cold. We asked for black Olives on taco salad. Was told there was no black Olives. We could have green Olives. That was not what we wanted. They don't carry black Olives. Never have. First Mexican restaurant that didnt have black olives. The wait for waitress overworked was long. When she interacted she was very nice.
