Pepper Lunch Express Food Junction Ioi City Mall

The service is very bad and slow even though it's not peak hours around 2.45pm and only few tables are occupied. I ordered kimchi stew set but the rice served is cold and I feel like they left my order kimchi stew at their kitchen for some time because there's a layer on top of the stew and it's not really hot. The side dishes are pathetic especially the cucumber banchan. The staff is not attentive at all. Have to wait long for food and also to pay. Wasted my money for such food and service.

Stood at their entrance for 5 minutes,no staff to seat us. Fine we sat down at empty table on our own. Looked at the menu for 15 minutes. No staff came to serve us and take order until we raised our hand for their attention. Staff looked like they hated their job here. Food are Cold/reheated. Not freshly prepared. My first and last time here. Won't return here ever again.

This restaurant is a DISASTER!!!, went in and seated for 10 minutes not a single staff come to serve me, the table still unclean, i only saw 2 staff keep walking around, apparently this branch is lack of staff, maybe the boss is trying to cut cost. The food is freaking COLD, i think they done my meal but leave it at the kitchen because no one come to pick it up. While waiting, one of the staff dropped a set of meal on the floor, they have to prepare again which mean the customer have to wait again. AVOID THIS DUBUYO IOI PUTRAJAYA IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

The staff were attentive tho we came during peak hour and Friday. They were tired, no doubt but NO rudeness or so. I dont favour korean dishes but will come again for the saffron drinks

Taste delicious as always. Service is fast. Packed during lunch. They have special promotion for certain sets with the price less than RM20.
