Terrace - Denbighshire

Been coming to Terrace for pre performance meals for several years. The menu seems to have deteriorated recently. What is it with nuts? Seem to be included in most items.

The restaurant has a wonderful location and provides friendly service, but it remains relatively unknown.

Very good value and good food but disappointing ambience, service and general feeling of being rushed. Allergies and dietary requirements were considered and marked on the menu, which was great, but then not observed when food was served and staff didn’t seem to care because it was closing soon. Should make it clear it closes at 7.30pm.

Reliable as always. Staff are attentive and friendly. Service is highly efficient. Food very well executed.

Pre-theatre dinner was just right with sharing plates of high quality. Sadly, the room is soulless even though the charming staff tried hard to make our visit pleasant. It would be an idea for the management to review the layout and colour scheme so the ambience is less than that of a factory canteen!
