My little one and I are vegan, therefore we ordered a vegan margarita on thin base and a veggie vegan pizza on stuffed crust. It took over 40 minutes to arrive and...wasn’t busy! When it arrived, omg my order was wrong, they had just put cheese on mine. The manager went away to ask, my daughters pizza was that burnt you could see the black base coming through the cheese and it snapped when bent! The manager came back and said it’s what I had ordered, I explained it wasn’t the young lad had read the order back to me, it definitely said veggie. I shown him my daughters pizza and asked if that was acceptable, all he said was would you like some fresh ones? I said no thank you, we are leaving, we have waited long enough! Would not recommend Pizza Hut in Rhyl, very poor!
We attended over easter weekend for the buffet, staff were really friendly and nice, however that's where it stops, barely any pizzas were out, barely any deep pan, tomato pasta was cold, there was only 2 families in the whole building over a bank holiday which sent alarm bells ringing. i understand you cant put out a lot of pizza with hardly anyone in, however you cant also assume that everyone like just the ones you are putting out. veggie, popperoni, cheese and tomato and bbq chicken and sweetcorn, those were the only ones out for almost 1hr. as i said i cant fault the staff there were top notch but the food and buffet wasnt great which is a shame.
Ordered Pizza Hut via Deliveroo and it was stone cold, only got a 50% refund so paid £7 for food I had to throw in the bin...never again
After reading previous reviews, it seems futile to leave another one as no improvements have been made and there has been no response from management in regards to any of the negative feedback. However, I must admit that despite the unenthusiastic staff we encountered tonight when we picked up our order, the pizzas were excellent in taste and value. It is unfortunate that the staff lacked hospitality and did not even offer a smile. We waited for almost 10 minutes while the young team seemed disorganized and without clear leadership.
Not been to a pizza hut in best part of 10 yrs. Always remember loving the all you can eat salad bar, so when up visiting in Rhyl and it was suggested I was all in. Especially as our local chains have closed. Now I know why lol.... Service 0% asked to order via QR code on the table. The place was empty! The staff that busy? The pizzas were hot and tasty but so much dough we took a lot home, too full to eat it £75 for 3 pizzas, a side, 2 lattes and 2 bottomless drinks! Ouch! Nice but not that nice. Another 10 yrs I might return if they're still in business
