Mason's Arms - Denbighshire

I visited the masons on Saturday the atmosphere was great and football was on. Overall great night but the middle age woman who served us was unpleasant and rude to myself. When ordering another round of drinks and changing my drink from what I...had the previous round, she was abrupt and impolite when cutting across from what I was saying. She vocalised her frustration by saying “shut up you’re confusing me”. I understand that working in a pub at this moment in time can be stressful to say the least. I would like to add, she would have been rather upset if the roles were reversed and I had spoken to her in that manner.

Many times have stopped off here and was always welcomed, good food and drinks can be enjoyed here. always a good place to enjoy watching international games on tvs there and a good stop off point for local rugby and football games.

Called in here last Friday . To watch the second half of the world cup quarter final, excellent pint, very good service, big screen for the football and very clean facilities .

Very friendly place, some week ends if not every week there’s live music , a great place for a night out . Great staff

Great for a night out, usually a band on at the week end. If your a visitor at the week end , it’s a nice place for a drink . Gets busy .
