Costa Coffee - Denbighshire

I visited Costa on February 19th with my daughter, who cannot have caffeine. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and went above and beyond by providing us with the allergy book and cleaning the machine before making the drink. We were so impressed by their service that we decided to invite friends to join us and had more drinks. Costa, well done on your exceptional customer service.

I have visited many Costa locations, but this one is the best. All of my friends agree. It is always busy, but the staff is amazing! They are welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere is great. A special shoutout to our favorite barista, Sianna! If Carlsberg made Costa, this would be it.

Arranged to meet here with work colleagues for a quick meeting this morning at 8.45am. We checked the website yesterday and it said it was open and showed the opening times. Myself and a colleague turned up first only to be told by workmen that the place was closed. We then had to try and contact our other colleagues to tell them not to turn up there as they were closed. Mayhem ensued with people all over the place. We ended up going to The lovely clean Marks and Spencers Cafe instead and spent our money there and will do in future as Costa can't even be bothered to put the correct information on their website!

The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and consistently serves delicious coffees. It is unfortunate that they do not offer delivery services through Deliveroo or Just Eat.

Good choice of sandwiches, very tasty, great coffee and green tea. Very friendly staff. Only issue was the sitting area was dirty, tables not seen a cloth in a while. Given the times we live in I expected a more hygienic environment to sit and eat in
