We wanted a quieter atmosphere in our second night in Healy, so our hotel manager recommended this place. We have to share the antipasto plate and were both excited to finally see some fresh fruit!! It was a good mix of things (although I wish they had more toast points). My favorites were Prosciutto and Olives. My duck was the shrimp linguins that was absolutelyley delicious. The sauce was fresh and creamy, well paired with tomatoes/spindle. The shrimps were large and delicate. The staff is also super friendly. Very recommended!
Our guide was excellent in the leadership of the group around the landscape. The side by side was the right equipment to see the landscape abd have sinus fun. The food was delicious and plentiful: salmon and ribs with pasta salad, Cole Slav, corn bread and corn on the Cob.
This restaurant offers great mountain views. The smoked salmon tasted so good. Staff are very friendly. We had the best dinner here during our visit to the Denali National Park.
Delicious food friendly service!! We had dinner at the Black Diamond and followed up the next morning with their ATV tour w/lunch. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality amount of food. The servers were super friendly attentive. Our dinners: fresh spaghetti squash with marinara flavorful meatballs Shrimp linguini flavored w/lemon, wine, garlic sauce, artichoke roast peppers Velvety gnocchi in a pesto cream w/grilled chicken artichoke Rich meatloaf w/bbq sauce, garlic mashed potatoes herbed roasted veggies Our ATV trip lunch was served family style more than enough for the 6 of us BBQ ribs Roasted chicken legs Broiled salmon Hearty beef bean chili Red potato salad Cole slaw Pasta salad Corn bread Corn on the cob And a yummy peach blueberry cake for dessert Igor, the manager, was the perfect host
