Ordered a special fries and frikandel sandwich on Sunday evening at 5:41 PM. I had number 26 there were 2 people in the store. My order was ready at 6:06 PM, while number 32 had already been out of the store for 5 minutes with its 2 special frikandel sandwiches. When I said something about it, it was mentioned that simple orders take precedence and that discussions about this will make the order take even longer. I understand that it can be busy, but this is very poor service. And this was not the 1st time. The owners have been there for almost 20 years but still cannot handle the pressure during rush hour. They are extremely stressed and snap at each other and the staff. In addition, they have absurd opening hours and ridiculous prices.
