Campos Restaurant - Deming

The service was very good. It's a sweet little spot. I had the Chile Verde record and it was just the best I had in Deming. The beans were good, like the rice. They brought red and green salsa out for the chips. Both salsas were very good and delicious, but for many they would be too hot. I thought they were perfect, but I'm very sharp. The chips were also very good, better than most Mexican restaurants in Deming. The iced tea was smooth, fresh and tasty. I was so impressed by the Chili Verde that I ordered 2 green Chili Burritos to go later.

I ate here a few years ago. That was my second visit here. I rarely come to Deming and have eaten nowhere else, but I recommend Campos. The building is vintage. The restaurant is clean. The food is wonderful. I had covered the frits with seasoned beef, cheese, onions then with red and green chili sauces. Mmmmarvelous! My wife had the chicken stable. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The service was great.

The food was pretty good and the girl working there was super sweet. Quaint little place with old time decor. I had the enchiladas and they were small, so for the price it was okay. Tacos we were told about were bigger than average, but they weren't, even the Burritos. Going the food so presentation I'm sure is different when eaten in the house.

Really great simple AUTHENTIC mexican at great prices good portions. We have a big mex community back home BUT DANG Campos May have ruined it for us! Best Chili Rellenos I've ever had! I am vegetarian they were happy to replace meat for delicious fried beans, cheese, avocado. AWESOME Service! Our waitress was LIEBELY happy to make suggestions not only about the menu but also about the area. We will definitely make it a point to return to Campos for food service. Not unusual, but perfectly cooked homemade mex. Thank you for making it!

Excellent food, very fresh and delicious. Decor was refreshing, wait staff very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended, will definitely return.
