Penn Station East Coast Subs

Penn Station is my absolute favorite place to get a cheesesteak. I found this chain while living in Cincinnati 25 years ago, and while I can't get it as often here in Michigan, I stop whenever I can. Takes like 30 minutes to make a damn sandwich. Put me behind the counter without any training at this point

When I walked in there was a father and daughter in front me. Their order was taken and then the lady started getting there stuff without greeting or saying a word to me. After that she came back and took my order. The food is decent but it took 15 minutes to get and it's pricey for what you get. I paid 19.00 for a regular sub, medium fry and medium drink. Hoping it was just an off day for them. The guy that walked in after me was more friendly than either of the people behind the counter. Would like to see them somewhat happy through the visit, and not than two people. They need at least three.

Horrible costumer service. Also don’t try to pay with cash apparently they don’t like cash
