Ming Dynasty - Delta Charter Township

This place is a slept on. The Ginger chicken might be one the best dishes I’ve had in Lansing. Curry Pad Thai is also amazing. If you haven’t eaten here yet please do. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered take-out. Food was ready on-time and and was tasty. Will go there again!

Ordered food online and picked it up. Food had some unique flavors I did not like. I thought the fried rice was poor. My wife thought the bourbon chicken and chicken with mushrooms were good. Staff was very kind and said it is cheaper to call the order in than if you order online. The fried dumplings were good.

After attempting a couple quick stops for lunch, where they were either closed or out of lunch food, I made a stop for dinner. I ordered the Pad Thai and the Chicken Hunan. Pad Thai was good and surprisingly the Chicken Hunan was a little too spicy for me. I'll try something different next time.

After eating most if not all of the Chinese restaurants in the area, I would have to say that ming dynasty is easily one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is always consistent, and the prices are fair for the amount of food they give you. Easily a Chinese staple in Lansing.
