Jet's Pizza In Lans

8 pm on a Saturday night.... pick up only. Why are you literally the only pizza place in town that consistently is unable to fulfill the delivery option that you advertise? This isn't a one off, this has been an issue for YEARS. You are losing so much money to Domino's, Marco's and Door Dash that the management should be ashamed of themselves. Sounds like they need to pay thier drivers more to me. Lame management.

Pizza was over an hour late. Barely warm. For the cost and time so not worth it.

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Calzones are not cooked properly, either raw in spots or burned. They always forget the sauce. The phone person was not even apologetic. Won’t order again.

Stopped taking orders at 9pm on a Saturday I sure hope corporate sees this. They're supposed to be open till 11pm

Paid $40 after delivery and tip for a Jet10 and a cheezy bread. Food took almost an hour and a half to show up with almost no toppings on the Jet10. I love Jets, I get it all the time, I'll be driving to go to a better Jets from now on.
