Coffee places should always keep their hours up to date for early risers

Need to update hours, closing at 4 pm not 8 pm, that can be an issue when the only coffee place downtown!

Love Biggby, always have. This one is no exception. Great servers, decent pace, my drink was exactly as ordered, and it's very convenient for needing to be downtown at the Capitol Plaza buildings for business.

To Kimberly Magruder, or should I say Karen, you are the worst kind of person to deal with in customer service. The customer is NOT always right, if they were, the business would tank in months. The date on the coupon is there FOR A REASON, and no, you should not have it honored just because you feel entitled to it. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with people like you. Know your place.
