Always awesome staff. Happy in a rush, happy on a slow period. Takes care of their customers even ones like myself with annoying habits.

Food was as expected service is hit and miss here. Tips are expected on every visit regardless of how fast and the quality of service provided. This should never be the way. Tips are earned not expected.

Please hire adequate staff. I don’t understand why I need to wait a half hour for a coffee lol..

Great service but someone is charging tips. Had offered a 2$ tip on a 11$ charge and got charged 24$ for a coffee and a bagel?! I get inflation, but this is the second time and the same person has done it. Please take action and not just allow people’s gratitude to be taken advantage of.
