Lemongrass Asian Bistro - Delray

Lots of small plates to choose from if a small eater like me. Entrees were good size portions and prices not bad. Service was great, kept checking back to see if all was ok and had answers for all our questions.

Most of upur food was very good. One of the entrees was substandard (scallops and mussels so tough they were inedible). Wait staff talked to chef who said that was the way it was supposed to be.

We love all the offerings at Lemongrass, but this trip was so noisy it was impossible to have a conversation outside. We had six or seven appetizers all were fabulous, and shared a dinner entree. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We ate outside. It was comfortable under the awning as temperatures dropped from the 90's during the heat of the day. There was a limited breeze, so we got bit by a few mosquitos and there were a couple of annoying flies. This is what can happen when you dine outside. If concerned with insects, eat inside. The food was good. My wife and I enjoyed our meals, and the portions were large. While Asian food is not my first choice, I would dine at Lemongrass again.

Stick to the menue at lunch everything at the lunch every small change for a roll is an up charge of $7. Always ask for the lunch menue at lunch or they will give you the regular menues to make maximum profit. I am not a big fan of their lunch menue very very small rolls , how much does it cost to put abit of avocado in their lunch rolls ???
