Big Al's Steaks - Delray

We got the triple threat Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was a totally disappointing use of my calorie budget. We had been saying we had to try because it had been there so long. The sandwich was very cheesy but barely had any steak. It should have been pouring out. Instead, you could barely taste it. The loaded fries were great. Would do them again, but with so many good choices on Atlantic Ave, I wouldn 't go again.

The food, if you're having a cheat day meal is great. However, the staff are seriously unpleasant and in zero way enjoyable to be in the presence of. I understand that it realistically gets hot back in the kitchen area, but they are comfortable with taking it out on you.

Actually I beat in there several times in the past. And it was not bad, but for some reason. This time and the time before we're not so great. But I guess manager or the owner recognized it. And I wanted to bring it to attention again to the owner that some people that you have working there. They just don't have you know they're not humble and my wife's. A steak Philly was not good at all. It was actually it was like one slice of meat on there. Maybe the guy didn't like us. I have no idea. I had the chicken filet and that was. Quite big, the meat 1 was terrible and didn't even have any cheese on it and the fries were not fresh maybe because it was around 9 o'clock at night.I don't know, but wasn't a good experience.We sat outside and I didn't feel welcomedon't sincerely isaac perhaps anther time

Horrible customer Service. Dude who worked the front window thought his bull ring in his nostrils was cooler than providing an ounce of decent service. Ordered a cheesesteak for almost $20. I was served bread onions and cheese, with a dust of meat. Complete ripoff. The entire time you are ordering you feel compelled to leave.

Employees did scratch off tickets while cooking my food. Made u feel like u r doing something wrong when ordering. Atmosphere sucks
