My wife and I went to lunch at Ruvens yesterday on the recommendation of my cousin.

Horrid experience for the third visit (calculated with two previous visits with a substandard server). It is regular server that opens, ALWAYS rushes order and RUSHES to get us out of EVERY TIME. Do not give us time to make the choice of food. What led to this abnormal evaluation? Oh, hi. At the request of Butter Toast once again this visit and their automatic answer I cannot do that due to Covid restrictions I had enough and called them to their lie. Instead of finding a solution that she chose to argue with me, illuminates me and then to the places. When she finally realized that I wasn't holding back and I wanted to go, she closed and announced Fine, I'm gonna wear gloves. Bottom line? She continued to use Covid as an excuse for her laziness. Simple and simple. And for the last, third visit, we were and were always only one of two tables occupied NO apology not to fulfill such a simple task.
