Pollo Tropical - Delray Beach

The food is delicious, but I wouldn't recommend going after 7:00 pm as they tend to run out of chicken. It's baffling how a restaurant named Pollo could run out of chicken.

The staff at this restaurant never smile and seem indifferent about customer service. Despite this, I continue to come here because the food fits my bodybuilder diet. However, I have had multiple instances of receiving the wrong order or missing items. When I went back to rectify the mistake, the staff appeared annoyed and did not apologize. It is clear that they are not interested in providing a positive experience. Either pay them better or find new employees.

Terrible service! The woman at the cash register was very rude. They forgot some items in my order. Even when I went back, they still didn't fix it! They need to hire better employees who are not rude when customers are paying for good service.

Slow and poor service. The girl in the register was nice, but the other one that brings the food had a setting. I asked for fresh chopped onion and she looked at me as if I had spoken geebrish. They didn't. I also asked about salt and pepper and the answer was?we didn't?.

My Wife had the soup, she rave about the soups ingredients. Well nothing to add but the spoon and your mouth. It much have been good because she is still talking about it. Oh by the way I had chicken breast grill with the yellow seasoned rice, I'm still full.
