Dairy Queen - Delmont

Ordered at drive-thru food. Popcorn shrimp 1 order was asked by Dairy Queen employee if desired cocktail sauce responded affirmative meal w drink. Second order dbl cheeseburger NO ONIONS meal with drink. Total order $19.69. Received order leftand drove to local park to eat and enjoy sun. Order was not completed properly. No cocktail sauce provided with popcorn shrimpmeal..shrimp several extremely tiny balls. Shrimp and fries dumped in the box together. French fries dry and no taste. Bacondbl cheeseburger polluted with onions...was terrible. Checked the receipt clearly said cocktail sauce and NO RAW ONIONS. Atemeal(s) neither of us enjoyed meals at all but had driven to a park so tried to make best of it. Leaving park drove back toDairy Queen for dessert...ordered small strawberry sundae with chocolate sprinkles Spoke to employee concerning meals and showedreceipt. Employee did not know what to say or do...result employee said couldn't do anything about it now...gave me worststrawberry sundae I've had there..and I wasted another $3-4. It is hit or miss at this location. Fries tasted like oil needscleaned/changed. Result for me ... won't do that again...They need to train all their employees on much better food prep andcustomer service.

Ordered 2 medium blizzards. 1 blizzard was the New York Cheesecake which had no strawberries at all in it and a total of 4 cheesecake cubes. Very disappointing. Basically paid $5.50 for a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Long line due to drive through only but it did move okay. Order correct and employee was polite. Will go again.

Absolutely terrible every time. Have given them dozens of chances. Blizzard is melted every single time. Take it back and they want to charge me to get something else besides a melted cup of ice cream. That?s what happens when you have a bunch ofincompetent teenagers working with no adult supervision I guess.

It?s one of my kids favorite. Ice cream is always pretty good. However several times the food comes cold or lukewarm. My last experience I had a lukewarm burger and a cold bun. So gross. Fries same.. it?s like that temperature like when your chewing it?shard to swallow. Very disappointing twice already. I mean. It?s already frozen why can?t it be heated properly, it?s already badfor you. And lastly, I know it?s a place for kids to work?. All of them are COVERED in ice cream. The girl that ring me up evenhad it on her neck. Not sure if it?s a thing that they do working there as kids. But come on.
