My sub was grilled but served cold, and the staff member forgot to add all my toppings. I had to return to him to get it heated up. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing most of it away. I don't understand how you can mess up a pizza sub! I haven't been here in years, and after this experience, I won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone. I'm very disappointed.
Honestly the best customer service l have seen at Mr Sub. Everyone from the gas station to food vendors were polite and so kind. Will be definitely coming back as they prepared our subs so neatly and l could not wait to indulge. Thanks again
If you're in the mood for a sandwich, I recommend heading 50 meters down the road to Subway instead. It’s clear that many of the five-star reviews here are dubious, likely coming from the same business and its employees.
