Streat Foods Latin Bistro - Delhi

They left town about two ago and moved to Oneonta under a new name.

I like this place. We don't eat here often but when we have, we haven't been disappointed. My experience is consistency of food quality and friendly staff. It adds much diversity to an area that can be pretty lacking as far as good, interesting food goes.

Don't bother, they are closed...Just drove about a 1/2 hour. Very disappointing. I wanted some Latin food!!!

I'm a NYC gal who lives in the Catskills in the summer months. I was excited to see the banner for this place when we drove into Delhi in early July this year. My whole family loves latin food whether it's Colombian, Dominican, Spanish, Mexican, Salvadoran... you get the picture. Great empanadas here. The tacos are a great value and tasty, but not entirely authentic if you're used to buying them from a taqueria in Houston, TX where I grew up. However, for the Catskills, these are likely to be the best you can get for 50 miles around. The best part is that the service is lovely, I came in with my boys several times and the waitresses were so accommodating. One time I went and met the owner, Antonio, and he treated me like an old friend. Offered me an empanada that was truly better than many I've had in Queens and in my NYC neighborhood of Washington Heights. We are leaving for the city soon, but I look forward to next July when we visit Delhi Streat Foods where we will be regulars again!

I'm from the city and I was shocked when I stumbled into Streat foods, the staff was so friendly and the owners very welcoming, it felt nice to be there. The ambiance is very good the music is great the other restaurants in this town sound dead! Or they have some crazy stations going on! Service and food are phenomenal ! I was stunned with the menu rice bean plantains ! Shredded brisket omg! The pork like no other seriously ! So many burritos to choose from Caribbean burritos I ate there everyday on my vacation they have carne asada ! Tamales desserts omg dulce de leche! Tres leched I can go on . Seriously do yourself a favor check this very awesome spot out! Forget the same boring stuff on Main Street -plus their prices are so good lunch under 6 bucks! Hey I got a muffin across the street and a coffee and paid more than that ! This place should be on Main Street it kicks everyone's else hands down!!! Listen to the NYC guy coming back next year! For sure! Real good good!!!!
