After I ordered at 6:00 PM on Friday evening, I kindly called at 7:30 PM to check the status of my order. Let me first say that I understand that Friday evening can be one of the busiest evenings. The reaction I received (from the owner Rouche of course) was bizarre. I was scolded like a dirty dog and I just had to be patient. The owner literally said on the phone: You 're just going to wait because I have 50 other orders and you 're not the only one. Maybe you just have to be patient. I told them that I didn 't think this reaction was appropriate towards loyal customers, whereupon the owner raised his voice and tried to tell me, shouting over the phone, that I should keep my mouth shut and tolerate his reaction. I am absolutely certain that I will never order food here again, and that I will make it clear to everyone around me what kind of antisocial, contemptuous owner speaks to his customers here. The only response at the end from the owner was: What do you want me to say, okay then sir, sorry yes? Bye sir. All this because you politely ask after an hour and a half what the status of your order is... unimaginable... Even after confronting the taunting, the bizarre rude, insulting and derogatory statements, the owner does not come up with any solution and throws the hook in. Should you expect customer friendliness? Especially don 't look at the Kleine Bezorggriek.

Dit was niet ok,veel grote harde stukken gyros,heel grote stukken tomaat,en de olie druipt eruit als je het broodje vasthoudt.Het smaakte ook gewoon niet lekker,ben beter gewend.Nee dit was echt niet goed.Bezorger was wel vriendelijk.
