Starbucks - Delavan

Super friendly staff and offered alternative, if desired drink was not available.

I typically receive a warm smile when I walk in, though things can get a bit hectic at times, leading to occasional mistakes. However, they always make it right for me. When it's not too busy, it's a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a delicious latte.

This place visited on Monday 9/19 at 11:30 a.m. and there was a bit of a line, but it was understandable how it was a hurry hour. I had died with many others, but that was the best thing. They seemed to move the line in a pretty good, fast pace and they were nice, despite the pressure under which they must be to move the line quickly. it was a great customer service, and it's great to see that the employees are able to cope with the stress they are constantly being subjected to while they offer great customer service. it makes sense why I always come back when I consider that I never leave disappointed.

Nice to be able to walk during the days after dieucks. I work in the third layer so that they are normally closed for me, but they always have interesting and good things. very friendly, very fast and always very helpful

I have no complaints about the final product; it was exactly what I requested. However, I really dislike having to wait for my order while the employee takes their time chatting with a customer instead of preparing my drink.
