I meant to snap a picture of our food, but it looked so good and we were so hungry I forgot. I ordered a BLT and onion rings. My friend ordered beef and peppers with fried okra and cornbread. The portions were large and we couldn’t finish it all. I did snap a couple of pictures of our take home boxes. If you are in the area, it’s definitely worth the stop.
The Big Rig 2 is a rather pleasant eatery like no other. It is an adequate location for trucker-gamers to commune in fellowship. It is a magical and nourishing symbol of true American life and promise. Honk if you're gaming and God bless America!
This hole in the wall has amazing southern comfort food at giant proportions. Mom had liver and onions, I got the pork fried steak and my sister got the fried fish special which came with three sides and a dessert for $12.95. Everything was homemade including the mashed potatoes and a black-eyed peas and collards were melt in your mouth delicious. We all left with takeout containers and we will go back. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and it's obviously popular with locals.
Good old American diner, serving up traditional American meals. Service was friendly and efficient. All dishes I saw come out were made fresh and looked good. They take pride in their restaurant and the local community. Great place to stop in for some roadside dining.
Pretty typical blue collar diner. Lots of regulars dining. The food is OK. The burgers have good flavor but tend to be quite dry. Definitely need to try their other menu items.
