Starbucks - Del Valle

I asked the cashier at the drive thru whether they had a truthahn for a sandwich and she answered yes. she said we have a truthahn and bacon sandwich with gouda. I ordered one and asked for absolutely no cheese. I moved to the window and was handed over a sandwich with turkey bacon and a lot of Gouda cheese. I gave it back and she said she forgot (that fast) then she brings me another, but that has truthahn speck and ei. I asked where the truth is. then she said we didn't have a truth, just turkey bacon. smh a ei on the sandwich I didn't ask and I'm allergic. then she said I'm sorry, and I can only give you a refund. never again.

Always a great place to get a delicious cup of coffee just how you like it, they also have pastries and other items that you can purchase.

I haven't been to the Starbucks in a long time . And I'm super hungry and I thought this would be a good place to grab some food but unfortunately the experience that I had today was really bad I was completely ignored and got attitude when I asked about my order . Honestly they made me feel really uncomfortable and I'm just going to go to the Starbucks on Riverside when I need to grab some coffee. And honestly since this is a busy location I do feel like no one's even going to care about my bad experience . Hopefully I was able to warn somebody.

You’re super fast superficient no real big complaints here. I had a sandwich and they heated it up. The adhesive from the bag that they give it to you in wasn’t working properly so my sandwich fell to the floor, I kindly explained what happened to one of the barista‘s and she quickly offered to get me a new one.

Inconsistency..I’ve been coming to this Location for two years. I usually stick to the same three drinks. Every time, it’s a little off and only a few times has it been on point. I come here for the convenience, as it’s on the way to work.I usually get a Venti Shaken Blonde Espresso over ice in a Grande cup. I figured since it’s shaken over ice, why not eliminate the ice and it’s venti, so the liquid should fill up the cup.. well apparently they didn’t get the memo. lol.When I have enough time I’ll go to the Riverside/71 location. In all honesty, they’re consistent, every visit is different and they amaze me!
