Del Mar Rendezvous

We were told that the Sugar Spiced Salmon hash is one of the restaurants. I can see why. The dish had excellent taste. The salmon was well marinated and perfectly cooked. Potatoes were also delicious and seasoned for perfection. Unfortunately, the chopped eggs were overcooked. There was barely a ground egg yolk. I also tried the Achiote Short Rib Hash. It wasn't as good as the sugar diceed salmonash. The short rib was overboiled and a small gland. The potatoes were boiled. The broccoli was very exaggerated. It hid the star of the plate. Fortunately, the eggs were perfectly cooked. The sauce had beautiful texture and taste. The winner is the Lachshasch.

We always said, wow! Best Bluefin tuna Poke ever! Savory Short Ribs! Sweet Halibut with a hint of spices! Excellent service and sea view. Perfect in every way. Maybe the best meal anywhere.

I've been here a few times and always had a great experience. The food is great and the view is fun! However, this time it could not have been more obvious that the cuts of fish and food generally fall by at least 30%. The size of our very expensive Mahi-Mahi and swordfish was alarmingly small. It was good that the dessert was tiny because it was super rich and pretty good. Don't get me wrong, the taste of food was great, but we were made in 15 minutes LoL So it definitely left much to wish and could have worked if I was on a calorie-restricting diet, but for the price I definitely expected more. Our server was very friendly as all the others who helped on the staff!

A great experience from beginning to end. They stopped our water glasses at any time. A wide selection of drinks. I had an old fashion and it was perfect. For dinner, I had the salmon that was cooked. The flavors and portions were very well made. It was my birthday dinner and they brought out a cream broth. You have parking facilities directly behind or paid parking on the opposite side of the road.

Great service. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended to anyone in the greater SD area to try. calimari was crispy and the dipping sauces were great. The braised short ribs were mouth watering. Sampled some other food from others pates and all was a hit. Not to mention food with a view. Great all around. Definitely will repeat.
