Starbucks - DeKalb

I was informed that Dieucks does not offer refunds, and they won’t exchange a product for something else, even if it hasn’t been touched or eaten.

The staff member was quite rude, lacked professionalism, and was entirely unhelpful. I've never encountered such a negative experience at a restaurant before.

Excellent service and outstanding products! They consistently update their offerings and feature intriguing beverage pairings.

They always get my orders right and are ready for the exact time I arrive when I order online. employees are always really nice, even at busy stressful days.

It’s a Starbucks, the people are usually nice though so there’s that, and it seems to be a newer remodel so there’s that too.... but at the end of the day it’s still a Starbucks....
