Ordered ahead for takeout want hey a tip. I walked in and wasn't greeted, wasn't asked if I ordered ahead. 3 guys standing around behind the counter talking about how they would've beat someone up. Nice, 1 of the guys who was handling the food wastouching his nose constantly and never washed his hands and he was touching everything. The manager, a girl fine out from thebeach and doesn't say anything about their behavior, in fact, she joins in on the fun. Not the way to act or treat customers,sorry if you think it's below you to act like you're at work when you're at work but that was bad. No wonder you can't get thatplace staffed when you have people like that running it and serving customers.

Our daughter placed a family order through DoorDash. When the delivery driver arrived, he called us to let us know that the manager had said he was closing due to a family emergency and couldn’t fulfill the order. We decided to get lunch from another restaurant. Just as we were finishing our meal, another delivery driver showed up with our food. I tried to stop by the restaurant after work to speak with someone, but once again, they were closed.

I've usually had great experiences at this restaurant, but recently I had a frustrating situation. I placed a pick-up order, only to arrive and discover that the restaurant had closed early due to short staffing. I was informed to call the next day for a refund when a manager was available, which I did. They assured me that I would receive the refund, but it has been four days now. Each time I've called, a manager has promised to look into it, but today I was told again that I would need to call back when a manager is present. How is this acceptable?

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is outstanding, and there are plenty of options on the menu. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the presentation was impressive. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
