Little Caesars Pizza - DeKalb

I don't know what anyone else is talking about that I never had a bad experience at this place. I always command before the time and until the time I pick up the pizzas are always hot and ready. They taste delicious and the portions of toppings are always right. the price is also quite good for what she can never get going wrong with this place.

Horrible service!!! Waited in line for like 10 minutes to place my order in store, and no body cared to take my order I asked the girl at the register, when was she going to take my order, and instead told another employee to take my order and she nodded her head that she wasn't going to take my order. At the end I left the place because no body was taking my order!!!

The food isn't bad but the wait time is horrible. Never have enough staff and the other day they didn't even have things prepped. Not the best experience at all.

If no stars were an option....this place is the worst. the workers are terrible. the service is terrible. it takes forever. they know they don't care that they're here and they'd rather not be.

No care. very poor customer service and lack of communication. they would think they would take at least the time to show their employees how they do their work. I have ordered from work by phone. it took 25 minutes to get here. After I arrived, I had to wait for 30 minutes until the manager told me that my order was not even on the system, and had to reorder and wait until my order is completed for 30 minutes.
