Large vegetarian restaurant near the Dehradun train station for ppl who prefer veg food if you travel like me. We had to take a train from Dehradun on board, and had plenty of time to hand and were hungry like hell, so there was an attempt and ordered Malai chaap and garlic naan with pure rice and Rasgulla. Everything was on point after price and service was also great. Would highly recommend eating as a good place near dehradun train station.
It is very good restaurant and marathon village you can enjoy marathi food in reasonable price also have fun park for children.
Loved my navratri thali here. A sumptuous spread for the fasting junta and the feasting one too My family had Naan and Tawas roti with Paneer butter masala and daal and they lived their food too. This is one of those yummy food experiences at the heart of a busy market place. The ambience is how it is expected to be, it's actually pretty good given the narrow space they have and the neighborhood. The place is clean and comfortable. The restaurant is air conditioned so it's a nice respite from the heat and crowds outside. Go here for the food and you'll come out satisfied
Their Oldest Outlet is on Darshani Gate, in the heart of town; began as Naveen Vaishnav Bhojnalaya by Late Suresh Chand Ji Jain as a small Dhaba in the Mela area. Our parents patronised that place owing to simple good food; very near to our then home on Tilak Road. It was regular feature at least twice a month for Shahi Paneer, Chana Masala, Dal Makhni and the most crisp Tandoori Roti. Then we lost touch. Last week, we paid a family visit after about 10 years; met the Founder's son; talked about the old staff and layout and times. Most importantly, ordered the same food and it tasted just like that. Finger smacking good.
